New Step in Registration This Year

You’ll be able to create or update your account between November 19 and January 19. We strongly encourage returning families to update your information during this time frame.

Please note: the system will close on January 20 and will not reopen until registration officially begins.

By creating an account or updating your information ahead of time, you’ll:

  • Confirm your login details before registration opens

  • Save time by updating your child’s information for 2026

  • Be ready to quickly add camps to your cart once registration begins — camps fill up fast!

  • Please note that you will not be able to add any weeks of camp at this time. This period of time is for the sole purpose of updating account and camper information 

Registration Dates

Returning 2025 Families: Registration opens Sunday, January 26th at 10:00 AM.
Information about your registration will be emailed to the address associated with your 2025 account by January 12th.

Public Registration: Opens on this page Monday, February 2nd at 10:00 AM.

What’s Required at Registration

To reserve a week of camp, you’ll need to pay:

  • A $40 registration fee (one-time)

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit per week is required to reserve each week of camp.

  • The remaining balance for each week will be drafted on the Monday before your camper’s registered week.

Additional Items:

  • Early/Late Show tickets, camp store purchases, and food do not require early registration. Payment for these items is due when added to your cart and should only be purchased if your camper is registered for a week of camp.

  • Pre-ordered lunch and snack plans will be included in the weekly balance payment and payment is not required in the initial registration

WAITLIST INFO

Please note, we will have a waitlist.  If you would like to check the availability of your child’s team for any given week, please click HERE.  When you register, you may add your child’s name to the waitlist. You are not required to pay the registration fee nor the deposit for weeks unless there is an opening.

Canceling a week

To cancel a week, please complete the form below.  

All cancellations must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the start of your child’s camp week. For example, if your camper is registered for Carnival Camp (June 1–5), the cancellation deadline is Monday, May 18.

Requests received after the deadline cannot be processed, and your account will be charged the full balance for that week.
